🌿 Walk and Talk Therapy:
Healing in Motion
Sometimes, sitting in a room just isn’t enough.
At Finding My Better, Walk and Talk Therapy offers a refreshing, nature-based alternative to traditional counseling — one that allows your thoughts to flow as freely as your steps. This is great for younger clients that may feel reticent to engage in therapy or have difficulty sitting still.
Whether we’re strolling through shaded trails, or in a local park, the natural rhythm of walking side-by-side helps ease tension, spark clarity, and support emotional healing in a grounded, holistic way.
This approach is especially helpful if you:
-
Feel stuck or overwhelmed in traditional talk therapy
-
Struggle with anxiety, burnout, or decision fatigue
-
Want to reconnect with your body, nature, and inner self
-
Crave a more open, empowering environment to explore your thoughts
You don’t need to “have it all figured out” —
you just need to take the first step.
We’ll walk the rest of the way together.
Let’s go outside and find your better.

Learn, renew, and expand your impact.

Sound Healing
Experience the calming, restorative power of sound healing through personalized sessions using crystal singing bowls. Offered in a peaceful local home setting or outdoors in nature, these sessions invite deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. Perfect as a standalone practice or complement to therapy, sound healing helps quiet the mind and reconnect you to your inner peace. We will post scheduled sessions in our WORKSHOPS page.

Tools/resources
To support growth beyond the therapy session, I’ve created a range of custom wellness tools—including guided journals, affirmation cards, reflection prompts, and creative resources designed to deepen your healing journey. These thoughtfully crafted materials help you build insight, practice new skills, and stay connected to your goals between sessions. Whether you're working on self-regulation, confidence, or emotional clarity, these tools offer practical support and gentle encouragement every step of the way.
