About us...

There is something to be said for life experience and the courage to be vulnerable. In addition to my several years of postgraduate qualifications and licensure, I am also a mother of two; have gone through my own personal journeys including postpartum depression with my first child; being raised by a single mother that had significant mental illness; and other aspects that ultimately led me on my own path of learning, self-discovery, and how to help others. I feel that the best helpers are ones that have gone through something similar and can resonate with you - rather than solely learning from a book.

With that said, are you struggling to find YOUR "better"?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience within the USA and Australia. I have worked in hospitals, private practice, clinics, and educational settings, working with individuals, couples, families and groups across the lifespan. I have also developed and facilitated training programs for hospitals, schools, and employers relating to mental health.

I believe that the best healing is best when it's a collaborative approach. So I have been putting together a team of others in the wellness space to work together to help you find YOUR better.
